Welcome back to Babylon. This “Exodus From Babylon II: Return II Judea” album starts off in a dark yet familiar place with the song “Fall Of Man” a story told a thousand times, but never before in this fashion. What is the Fall of Man? The original sin, disobedience to God, allegiance with the devil? Or maybe the temptation of the whore of Babylon? Too far? Whatever your interpretation of it is. What Tra4Duce and Silas1wolf have done here is narrow it down to describe it as a blend of self indulgence and not taking accountability for our actions which eventually leads to the “Fall of man.” The eerie instrumental conjured by Anywaywell beats mixed with Majik9’s haunting harmonies of “Devil made me do it, ” help paint A beautiful portrayal of the biblical tale of the book of Genesis and Adam and Eve, but with a modern approach. Temptation is everywhere and comes at you in many different ways. The ultimate choice is up to you rather or not you will indulge. The journey essentially starts off with a question of free will. Will you be corrupted on this journey and lead astray or will you stand strong on your principles to reach your goal? What is the goal on this journey? I guess we shall have to continue the path to find out. Don’t get lost in the fray along the way…
